After a week of rebellion I have been participating in during the start of this Turkey Edition, I think I have turned things around...that is the direction of my weight change. I don't know how much I currently weigh, but starting with a healthy diet on Monday made me feel 10 lbs lighter. I probably haven't lost any weight yet, but right now the feeling of eating healthier is great. I owe my gratitude and tons of thanks to my fellow bloggers and my wife. After hearing the persistence of a bean diet, reading the progress written in numerous posts and being cooked a delicious (yet nutritious) meal, by my dear Kelly, I think the scale might reveal my first loss of this season.
