Wednesday - Took the day off to prepare epic Rosh Hashanah meal (apple and honey challah, endive salad w apricots, sweet potatoes and fried green onions with balsamic reduction, lamb shanks with apple cider glaze, roasted chicken with dried fruit and carmelized onions, assorted pastories). Needless to say I purged.
Thursday - Attended Rosh Hashanah potluck at Rabbi's house. I couldn't be rude so I had bagels and shmear.
Friday - bean diet (no portion control)
Result: my Zakalik weight is off (as expected). This morning I was in the 213 range. Next week I need to add exercise and consistency to the mix. Personal goal is 190 by Thanksgiving.
